Womens Hoops Blog | Storm All-Stars Swin Cash and Sue Bird headed to Russia | Seattle Times Newspaper: "Team USA opens the round-robin tournament against USK Praha on Oct. 9, followed by Euroleasing Sopron on Oct. 10 and caps the tournament against host and 2009 EuoLeague third place finisher UMMC Ekaterinburg on Oct. 11.
The play is in preparation for next September's World Championships in Czech Republic. Team USA will train in the spring, play majority of the WNBA season and then compete in the championships where an automatic berth to the 2012 Games is awarded the winner."
