Austria's Alphapark to open shopping center in West Hungary: Realdeal.hu: "Austrian-owned Alphapark will open a HUF 2.2bn shopping centre in Keszthely (W Hungary) in March, managing director of the project company in charge of the investment Mihaly Toltl told MTI.

Almost 90pc of the 15,000 square metres of retail space in the centre have been rented out, said Mr Toltl. DYI chain OBI is renting a 6,000-square-metre space, he added."
