MKB Euroleasing, the young surprise team at last year’s Final Four, won its second in a row to get back on track for another playoff run with a 71-67 win on the road against Rivas Ecópolis. American Amber Holt scored 18 points in the win, including her only three of the game that gave her team a 68-67 lead with 1:46 to play. Rivas held a five-point lead heading into the fourth quarter, but Sopron chipped away and tied it up at 64-all with 3:35 to play. The lead see-sawed until Holt’s 3-pointer off a Sopron offensive board. Rivas turned the ball over twice and missed its final three attempts, while Sopron hit 3-of-4 from the line in the closing minute to seal the win.

USA National Team hopeful Crystal Langhorne shot 6-of-10 from the field and 7-of-7 from the line for 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds in the loss."
