After many years, demand for villas in the Hungarian countryside built in the first half of the 20th century is rising again, writes napi.hu. Agencies interviewed by the portal reported that prospective buyers from Austria had appeared in towns near the western border, such as Sopron, Kőszeg and Szombathely, while in Győr and Székesfehérvár, mainly companies were seeking to purchase such properties.
