Sopron seasonal labourers drawn by high wages in Austria replaced by neighbours to the east - Realdeal.hu
Seasonal labourers from Hungary’s disadvantaged Alfold region (E Hungary) are travelling to the wealthier area around Sopron (W Hungary) to pick grapes because locals there have been drawn by higher wages to Austrian vineyards, regional daily Kisalfold said on Thursday.
